The CRM Manager will be responsible for all our CRM activity for the UK whilst providing support, advice and guidance to the international teams. This role focuses on enhancing the customer journey, using customer behaviour analysis to develop onboarding, retention/loyalty and re-engagement marketing across all channels including email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.
We are different to many of our competitors. Our product offering is unique, we develop all of our own games and developing high quality content that will acquire, retain and re-engage customers is key to our success. Our business targets are all based on number of players rather than player spend and responsible gambling is the foundation of what we do. This role is pivotal in demonstrating the value of putting the customer at the heart of the organisation as the business continues its rapid expansion in the UK and Internationally.
Who we're looking for; The CRM Manager is a challenging, rewarding and exciting role. We're looking for an experienced individual who has a track record of delivering innovative and commercially driven CRM programmes. You'll be a strong communicator and team player who is motivated, understanding and supportive. You'll naturally be accurate, systematic, methodical and highly analytical as well as having the ability to manage projects, organise and prioritise your work load.
