They're on the hunt for a world class CRM Manager. If you have a passion for marketing, a love of data and an eye for spotting and developing opportunities to enhance customer engagement then they could have the job for you.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for all their CRM activity for the UK whilst providing support, advice and guidance to the international teams. This role focuses on enhancing the customer journey, using customer behaviour analysis to develop onboarding, retention/loyalty and re-engagement marketing across all channels including email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.

They are different to many of their competitors.  Their product offering is unique, they develop all of their own games and developing high quality content that will acquireretain and re-engage customers is key to their success. Their business targets are all based on number of players rather than player spend and responsible gambling is the foundation of what they do. This role is pivotal in demonstrating the value of putting the customer at the heart of the organisation as the business continues its rapid expansion in the UK and Internationally.

Who You'll Be

They're looking for an experienced individual who has a track record of delivering innovative and commercially driven CRM programmes. You'll be a strong communicator and team player who is motivated, understanding and supportive. You'll naturally be accurate, systematic, methodical and highly analytical as well as having the ability to manage projects, organise and prioritise your work load.

Your accountabilities are;

  1. CRM strategy and delivery
  2. Day-to-day CRM activity
  3. Analysis and optimisation of all CRM campaigns
  4. Marketing and customer data analysis and providing strategic recommendations.
