The CSE will need to understand the customers' business and draw out their needs. Utilising a mix of technical, creative and problem solving skills they will make sure the customer gets the most out of the product offering and makes it an integral part of their organisations day-to-day working.
They will create a robust onboarding and training plan and support this with interactive how-to, walkthrough tutorialsand guided tours (demos). Working closely with the marketing function they will consult in the creation of landing pages, survey forms and user personas/profiles.
The aim will be to gather data to enable tailored responses to each customer and guarantee customer awareness and engagement with our clients' product offering.
