We’re looking fo an eCommerce growth specialist to join a digital agency. They are looking for someone who has experience with a background in the fast-paced eCommerce industry or those who have managed multiple client accounts in a digital marketing setting.
Some of the responsibilities:
Develop strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service at all times to all clients within your portfolio.
Schedule and attend regular face-to-face meetings with all clients within your portfolio to improve their experience
Provide proactive, value-adding contact to all clients within your portfolio by telephone, at least once per month.
Ensure prompt follow-up to client complaints at all times and escalate any issues to your Client Services Director when senior attention is required.
Work closely with all clients within your portfolio to fully understand their business, goals and objectives by immersing yourself in their business.
Understand your client and their pain points to confidently suggest appropriate solutions to their challenges.
Compile proposals for your clients based on discovery and insight to recommend additional products/marketing services/platform features.
Ensure client performance is improving, regardless of the services we provide. If performance isn’t improving, work with your Client Services Director to identify and suggest additional services or areas of strategic opportunity.
Ensure action plans are in place for ‘at risk’ clients with low performance, and ensure plans are in place to Full maximise growth for clients with strong performance.
Some of the requirements:
Proven experience working within either digital marketing or ecommerce
Proven customer service and account management experience, ideally within an agency environment
Keen interest and/or experience in consultative selling
Have a detailed understanding of the digital landscape and how to apply this knowledge to business
Knowledge and appreciation of ecommerce and digital marketing
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Previous experience in consultative selling
Experience presenting to key business stakeholders
