Our client are experts in self-care and customer-care systems for the telecommunication industry with a particular emphasis on user experiences and the overall customer experience that results from multi-channel interactions.
They advise and deliver desktop portals and smart apps that either empower customers to manage themselves from home (self-care) or from the call-center or retail outlet more efficiently (customer-care). They aim to reduce operational costs, increase sales and increase customer loyalty.
To support their consultancy practice and differentiate from competitors they have a number of products, including powerful integration frameworks, RAD environments and fully operational e2e solutions, that either accelerate and de-risk custom developments or are sold as off-the-shelf products.
Ideally with a good engineering, science or computer degree, candidates will have a genuine passion for technology, a methodical and logical approach to problem solving, be able to use their initiative and work well with people both internally and on the client side.
This opportunity requires a willingness to take ownership of the front-end apps, portals and frameworks of the in-house product suite along with the responsibility that entails.
An ability to evolve/grow existing frameworks and innovate or develop new ones
Minimum 3 years experience
Keen attention to detail and an eye for design
Experience working with Designers, Business Analysts and other developers
To be an active and enthusiastic team player. Partner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments – be proactive
Competence with multiple operating systems
Experience with the cloud
A valid passport and willingness to travel
Common Software Development Methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall)
Angular , Angular 2, HTML5, HTML, CSS, CSS3, React Native, React , JQuery
Experience using REST APIs
Important: Front- end automated test framework(s), Continuous Integration
Preferred: Grunt, Gradle, npm (build/environment technologies), database experience
