The .NET Developer will be joining to our client’s platform development team who have responsibility for all the systems that power our client’s revolutionary lead processing and distribution systems.

With this focus on delivering new software to the business they are seeking a Platform Development .NET Developer to join our growing team.

Your primary mandate as a .NET Developer will be to work as part of the Platform team responsible for delivery of platform systems – with a higher focus on back-end, both internal and external.

Key to our growth is a new ‘green-field’ Blockchain based Platform as a Service, this new microservice platform will power our lead generation offering, Online and Customer channels and will form the key component in our client’s system footprint.

The principle of fault tolerance, immutability, scalability and high availability are at the core of our development requirements in this area.


Your primary responsibility as .NET Developer will be to develop the solutions required for TLA’s cutting edge lead generation platform, with passion, knowledge and dedication in abundance.

You will be working closely with a team of up to 5 .NET developers, while also collaborating with a wider technology team of 20+ colleagues of .NET Developers, BI Developers and Business stakeholders.

You will be involved at all stages of the development lifecycle and will need to collaborate with internal stakeholders and other teams on a daily basis – so they’re not looking for someone who wants to hide away behind their screens!

As a .NET developer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with business customers about their requirements

  • Assist in designing and implementing new services and integrations

  • Enhancing and developing existing services and integrations to accommodate changing business needs

  • Researching new technology and approaches.

  • Participate in regular sprint planning sessions

Our client’s services footprint is strategically underpinned by the Microsoft Technology stack, including WebApi, SQL Server and Dynamics CRM. Additionally, we leverage message queues as part of our overall architecture to help support near and real-time requirements.



  • At least 5 years’ experience developing commercial C# .Net based projects

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Work well under pressure and display evidence of excellent problem solving and organisational skills.

  • Backend development with C#, ASP.Net/MVC, .net core and SQL

  • Experience building Restful – WebAPI’s and/or Web Services on ASP.Net platforms

  • ORM including Entity Framework.

  • Relational database design in SQL platform

  • Experience of Agile and Visual Studio Team Foundation Services or JIRA


  • Experience working with Azure cloud infrastructure including ServiceBus, API Manager & Microservices

  • Experience of front end frameworks (React+Redux nice to have but not required)

  • Blockchain Technology

  • .Net Core/Entity Framework Core

  • Docker Containers / AKS

  • Familiarity with Other Database technologies (NoSQL/Redis)

  • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices including Unit testing and Integration testing, Release Management, Code Reviews, Environment Segregation and training in VSTS

  • (Cloud Development), leveraging many different services available in Microsoft Azure, ServiceBus, LogicApps, Azure Functions, WebApps

  • Devops
