Our client is a leading supplier of software to the online gambling and social gaming industries. They power some of the biggest brands globally, working in regulated markets and processing tens of millions of transactions per month.
Their headquarters are in Newcastle upon Tyne, in the heart of the North-East of England. They also have offices in London and Sofia, Bulgaria.
They are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Product Training Specialist to join the Product team to help drive the success of onboarding new customers and delivering new features from the product suite.
This role will be office based in Newcastle, but you will need to be comfortable travelling from time-to-time to client sites around the world, including Gibraltar, Canada and South Africa; typically for 1 to several weeks.
Manage the creation and delivery of all internal and external product training to ensure that all training is aligned with both the Company and Client objectives.
Manage and deliver training for onboarding new customers to the platform and demonstrate new product functionality to existing users.
Deliver training via both classroom and online platforms.
Be the first point of contact for all training and system use customer questions
Liase with client stakeholders to gather training objectives.
Prepare and deliver training materials.
Create detailed training schedule and agenda with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure training environment is available.
Coordinate and execute training plan.
Collect, analyze and provide recommendations for training program effectiveness.
Coordinate and plan training requirements with the clients.
You will have outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and previous experience in delivering technical content training in a classroom or virtually to a variety of audience levels.
They are looking for a creative, trustworthy with a 'can-do' attitude individual who is highly organised and capable of balancing and prioritising a broad range of tasks and deliverables.
The flexibility and capability of travelling to the customer's place of business, both nationally and internationally.
Knowledge of gaming industry
Exposure to or an understanding of agile methodologies in a software development environment
Experience of working in fast-paced industry
