This is an exciting opportunity to join their IT as this client embark upon an ambitious transformational programme of projects which will evolve their services in order to realise the University's Strategy, Vision and Operational Plans.
To lead the design, development, implementation and on-going support of one or more major modules of the University's ERP business systems, in line with the strategic requirements of the University.
Working within a team responsible for HCM, Payroll and CRM, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the SAP HCM Payroll and Pensions modules as they leverage benefits from SAP S/4HANA today and continue on their longer term journey to migrate to SAP SuccessFactors.
You will have a key role in the SAP Success Factors roll-out programme, which began with Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing in 2019 and will continue with Employee Central in early 2020.
Extensive knowledge and experience of analysing requirements, designing, implementing and supporting core SAP HCM modules including Pensions experience is essential.
You will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience with significant practical experience as a Senior business systems analyst working on SAP systems. You will have experience and a proven track record of delivering solutions in a complex stakeholder environment. You will have proven skills and experience of effective relationship management in a business environment.
You will have experience as delivery lead for projects, managing internal and external resources, and working collaboratively with all stakeholders. Experience of agile project delivery would be an advantage.
