They are truly disrupting the building survey and asset management market place with easy to use, easy to access software at a very low cost of ownership.

The Role

The implementation consultant will deliver a high customer satisfaction level, by installing our software products for and with our clients, and will provide training and support. In detail you will:

  • Have a client facing input that is key to the future of this client's business with specific focus on the successful customer handover from sales into live system use

  • Deliver the implementation processes in line with business goals, and in line with the business ethos of working smart and efficiently

  • Successfully analyse their client’s requirements and configure the software to give the best possible user experience

  • Project manage full lifecycle of multiple implementations and projects

  • Ensure the early success of product adoption, ensuring smooth implementation and knowledge uptake within the client user base

  • Be required to travel to visit clients face to face or on site

Key responsibilities

  • Working with the team lead maintain the training and implementation process as a profit centre

  • Maintain and handle the delivery of the implementation processes

  • Implementation of new clients in line with their requirements

  • Fostering existing client relationships

  • Analysis of clients business needs, data and correct implementation to satisfaction of customer

  • Working with all areas of the business: technical, sales, support and account management

  • Educate customers and improve internal processes and procedures to gain better returns

  • Play part in keeping the T&I team a profitable business unit

Experience and Ethos


  • Meaningful work experience in a technical consultancy role

  • Extraordinary Microsoft Word and Excel skills

  • Exceptional communication and social skills

  • The ability to deal with being challenged

  • Excellent project management skills. The ability to handle and see through a project through

  • A positive attitude with an open interest in doing things differently in support of business strategy

  • You are a keen believer in the of using software tools to deliver efficiency in the function

  • Ability manage expectations of multiple partners

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently when necessary


  • Understanding of SCRUM and agile methodology

  • Experience of implementing/training software products

  • Experience of SaaS implementations

  • Experience in the construction, property or energy sector

  • Experience using data analysis tools
