This is an exciting opportunity for an Automation Test Engineer to join a dynamic team in the fintech sector. They are looking for a candidate with solid experience in automation testing, with a strong preference for those proficient in Playwright.

Some of the responsibilities:

• Work with existing test plans, running automation tasks, and migrating from manual tests when appropriate.

• Investigate and document the causes of reported or discovered bugs, and clearly describe how to consistently replicate them.

• Manage tickets, particularly focusing on their open and closed statuses.

• Develop and implement testing strategies.

• Continuously seek to increase test coverage or accuracy.

• Work within and assist in running an agile scrum environment.

• Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with managers.

• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.

• Recommend software improvements to enhance user experience.

• Participate in meetings with end users and clients.

Some of the requirements:

• Minimum of three years of commercial experience as a Software Tester.

• At least two years of experience with an automation testing framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an additional three years of commercial experience.

• Preference for candidates with experience in Playwright.

• Experience with strongly typed languages such as C# or TypeScript is advantageous.

• At least one year of experience working in an agile environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
