Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather input and insights.

  • Ensure proposals align with client needs, objectives, and expectations.

  • Oversee the bid process, from opportunity identification to submission and feedback analysis.

  • Manage bid timelines, ensuring all milestones are met with high-quality outputs.

  • Maintain a library of best practices, templates, and case studies to streamline future bids.

  • Manage and develop a bid team.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to refine bid strategies and approaches.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and competitive proposals.

  • Proven bid management experience in the professional services industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and exceptional attention to detail.

  • A collaborative and adaptable style, with a passion for driving success and continuous improvement.

Desirable:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 (or other CRM systems).

  • A strong desire to learn and pursue personal development opportunities.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues while contributing to team spirit.

  • A passion for sharing knowledge and helping to upskill others.
