Overview
We are looking for an experienced Events and Marketing Manager to join a company within the fintech industry. You will be supporting the delivery of marketing, communications, and event initiatives across an international financial services environment.
This is a hands-on role, combining strategic input with execution across brand, digital, content, and events. The position requires strong organisation, creativity, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Brand, Marketing & Communications
- Support the execution of marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and product awareness
- Assist in the preparation and updating of marketing materials and presentations
- Ensure consistency across branding and messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and business development
- Coordinate with external suppliers including designers and PR agencies
Events & Conferences
- Coordinate planning and execution of conferences and industry events
- Manage logistics including registrations, materials, and supplier coordination
- Organise travel and itineraries for attending teams
- Support pre-event communications and LinkedIn announcements
- Maintain a global events calendar and track deadlines
- Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up
Website & Digital Management
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Upload news, announcements, and product updates
- Work with developers on website improvements
- Support basic SEO and analytics tracking
- Ensure content aligns with brand and regulatory standards
Content & Thought Leadership
- Support creation of press releases, newsletters, and company updates
- Assist with articles and case studies
- Maintain LinkedIn presence
- Support development of marketing and sales materials
Internal & External Communications
- Coordinate marketing communications across internal teams
- Support preparation of external-facing presentations and materials
- Ensure all communications remain professional and aligned with brand standards
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, events, or communications
- Experience supporting or coordinating events and conferences
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience in financial services or B2B marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing and branding
- Understanding of financial markets or trading platforms
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
