Are you a Finance Manager ready to take on a leadership role that drives real business impact?

We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in shaping long-term growth. This position combines strategic responsibility, including planning, analysis, and reporting, with hands-on management of day-to-day financial operations and wider business support.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Finance Manager to step into a fast-paced, growing organisation where your expertise will directly influence success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable; issue invoices and follow up on payments.

  • Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and statutory contributions.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and oversee payment runs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.

  • Prepare and submit VAT/GST/tax filings in line with statutory deadlines.

  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and expense approvals.

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and variance reports.

  • Assist in budgeting and monitoring company performance against financial targets.

  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

  • Support year-end audit and liaise with external accountants or advisors.

  • Develop financial strategies to support business objectives and profitability.

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for management and stakeholders.

  • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance against KPIs.

  • Ensure compliance with local tax, audit, and financial regulations.

  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Support HR/admin tasks such as maintaining employee records and handling contracts.

  • Manage relationships with banks, suppliers, and service providers.

Some of the requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.

  • 3–6 years’ experience in finance/accounting, ideally within an SME or startup environment.

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, corporate finance, and compliance.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel modelling.

  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Hands-on knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero).

  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Willingness to be both strategic and hands-on in daily operations.
