Key Responsibilities

● Implement and enhance high-performance, scalable and secure software applications.
● Innovate by exploring new technologies, automating processes and championing engineering best practices.
● Collaborate with Product, Operations and QA teams to deliver effective business solutions.
● Ensure system reliability, optimise performance and troubleshoot production issues.
● Contribute to agile processes, including sprint planning and CI/CD pipelines.
● Conduct code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards.
● Respond to critical technical issues and drive the implementation of effective solutions.
● Utilise and embed AI tools and capabilities in line with evolving organisational needs to accelerate development, improve productivity and support business priorities.

Required skill set

• Strong experience with C#/.NET Framework, including knowledge of multithreading and parallel programming.

• Experience with modern JavaScript technologies, including React, TypeScript, WebPack and Vite, ideally with experience in front-end grids.

• Experience using profiling tools.

• Familiarity with high-availability or real-time systems (experience within financial services is advantageous).

• Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted tooling for scripting, automation or monitoring.
