We’re looking for a Paid Search Strategist to join a growing digital agency environment. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting, managing high-value paid search activity and delivering measurable growth for a varied portfolio of UK and international clients.

You’ll play a key role in creating, optimising, and scaling paid search campaigns within Google Ads, supported by advanced technology that brings together data, performance tracking, and automation - allowing you to focus on strategy and results.

You’ll bring a balance of analytical thinking, creativity, and commercial awareness, using performance data to shape campaigns that deliver real impact. Working alongside developers, designers, and marketing specialists, you’ll contribute to integrated digital strategies that drive strong ROI and continued business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns in Google Ads to achieve defined client objectives

  • Use proprietary tools and platforms to analyse performance, automate processes, and identify growth opportunities

  • Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to maximise relevance and efficiency

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover opportunities and improve campaign performance

  • Write engaging and effective ad copy aligned to client brand and commercial goals

  • Run A/B tests and data-led experiments to continuously improve results

  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations through regular reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search activity with wider digital and creative strategies

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practice to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency or in-house environment

  • Proven ability to drive ROI and performance through paid search

  • Strong technical knowledge of Google Ads setup, optimisation, and reporting

  • Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or GA4

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver results
