Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Software Developer to support and enhance a suite of internal, business-critical systems across CRM, order processing, logistics, and customer management.
This role offers a balance of maintenance and project work, starting with bug fixing and system support before progressing into enhancements and redevelopment of key platform components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using PHP and Laravel
• Work with MySQL databases, including queries and optimisation
• Support frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Contribute to components built with Vue.js
• Develop and integrate REST APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within live systems
• Support ongoing improvements and redevelopment of existing modules
• Take increasing ownership of project-based enhancements over time
• Work across multiple internal systems, balancing reactive and planned work

Key Requirements

• Commercial experience with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL
• Experience working on live production systems
• Strong backend development skills
• Ability to support frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Exposure to Vue.js is advantageous
• Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Comfortable managing both support and project-based work

• Experience working on internal or business-critical platforms
• Understanding of full development lifecycle
• Ability to work across multiple systems and priorities
