About the Company

A fast-growing SaaS company that works with some of the world’s most recognisable brands is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. 

This is a UK remote role, and unfortunately visa sponsorship is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Skills, Goals and CPD product area from strategy to delivery

  • Create and deliver a roadmap that scales Skills and Goals into widely adopted features

  • Lead the redesign and modernisation of CPD functionality for regulated industries while ensuring broad appeal

  • Work with engineering to deliver scalable frameworks, reporting and functionality

  • Run customer discovery with regulated and non-regulated industries to capture use cases and pain points

  • Collaborate with Design on intuitive user experiences for compliance and progress tracking

  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to support pre-sales and solution design

  • Define and track adoption, engagement and compliance metrics

  • Produce enablement resources and documentation to support customer adoption

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, HRTech or learning platforms

  • Proven track record in skills management, goal setting, competency frameworks or CPD/compliance tooling

  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, accreditation standards or compliance reporting

  • Technical fluency with understanding of system architecture, data flows and reporting

  • Strong discovery skills to translate complex needs into clear requirements

  • Experience working in agile cross-functional teams with tools such as Jira, Productboard or Notion

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable, not essential:

  • Prior experience in LMS, LXP or HRTech

  • Experience with regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, legal or aviation

  • Track record of delivering product innovations in compliance-focused contexts
