As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals. You’ll engage directly with key decision-makers across multiple sectors, showcasing how the platform can simplify and automate complex compliance processes.
You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, identify new market opportunities, and help shape the company’s go-to-market strategy as they scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and nurture a high-quality outbound sales pipeline through calls, emails, and social selling.
Research and target key industries to develop tailored campaigns and compelling sales pitches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
Lead engaging product demos and consultative sales conversations to identify client needs.
Drive deals through the full sales cycle, consistently exceeding targets.
Work collaboratively across teams to align messaging and improve client engagement.
Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in the CRM.
About You:
4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong focus on outbound prospecting.
Proven record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for driving new business.
Experience within tech, compliance, risk, or automation software (desirable).
Strong research, account mapping, and CRM proficiency.
