We’re looking for an SEO specialist to join a company at an exciting time of expansion. They are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience within a digital agency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and delivering tailored SEM strategies

• Plan, execute, and monitor SEM campaigns across various search engines and platforms

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for optimisation

• Optimise ad copy and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates

• Carry out link audits and resolve issues within client backlink profiles

• Optimise website structure, page speed, and other technical elements of SEO

• Use performance metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement

• Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure SEO strategies align with broader campaigns (e.g., social media, content marketing, etc.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience in SEO and SEM

• Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMrush, Google Analytics)

• Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and general web development
