Can you describe what your experience was like with Ronald James?

"I was contacted as somebody who had been out of work since 2011 and spent my time learning new programming technology, completely self-taught. I thought there was very little hope when it came to finding a programming job as I'm not a graduate, nor do I have any commercial experience, so I was looking fora junior position whilst thinking I'd most likely have to do some kind of boring office work in the meantime.
