Some of the responsibilities:
The successful management of clients in line with standards, and quality.
Overseeing the delivery of a wide range of accounts from single channel to fully integrated multi-channel campaigns for clients in various sectors.
Leading and supporting the wider Client Services team with identifying and articulating commercial uplifts with clients, seeking renewal uplifts, upsells, and cross-sells; working collaboratively with the wider network to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Managing client and senior stakeholder expectations throughout the full lifespan of the campaigns by effectively communicating performance updates alongside commercial insights that impact both and our clients’ businesses.
Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their market and their business needs, and proactively identifying new opportunities that drive revenue growth and maximise profitability and our clients.
Managing, coaching and developing the skills and capabilities of the individuals within your team in addition to shaping the right behaviours and attitudes across the wider Client Services team.

Some of the requirements:
Experience in a client-facing or strategic role within a digital marketing agency or consultancy.
Experience managing PPC, SEO campaigns and ideally, Design and Development projects on budget and on time.
A client-obsessed approach, with the gravitas to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite and the ability to prepare effective communication plans.
A proven track record of onboarding new clients and scaling the partnership by increasing investment levels and broadening the scope of the services you provide the client.
A proven track record for retaining effective client partnerships and coordinating decisions that drive profitability and excellency across everything you deliver.
An aptitude for solving problems and the confidence to influence and engage in the decision-making process.
A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities.
Experience managing and nurturing junior talent including direct line management responsibilities.
