We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading tech company. This company has an amazing work culture & provide some great development opportunities as well as benefits.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing projects end to end, ensuring we meet our clients expectations, by delivering projects on time, to budget and to a high quality

  • You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients around the coordination of tasks relating to the successful delivery of development

  • Monitoring and reporting on project status, sharing this with key stakeholders

  • Effectively managing risk – including the reporting and escalation of this

  • Working closely with Head of Delivery to define and implement governance standards across the portfolio

  • Ensuring that all cross-functional/complex business initiatives are planned, monitored and tracked from the point of requirements scoping until support

  • Implementing and maintaining the change control process

  • Coordinate and conduct post-implementation retrospectives and identify any lessons learned, feeding carry-forward items back into the programme plan

What they are looking for:

  • Experience in a software development environment with end-to-end project lifecycle experience is great!

  • A seasoned Project Manager, ready for their final challenge at PM level before climbing the ladder

  • Strong blend of Agile and waterfall experience

  • Excellent communication skills and personable – can build strong relationships with ease

  • Fundamental understanding of web ­based systems programming and development

  • Customer focussed with the ability to identify and articulate product requirements

  • A critical thinker with amazing organisational skills

  • Any experience in Lean and kanban principles would be an advantage

  • SCRUM qualifications would also be an advantage
