Sales Executive Ronald James Group 2024-05-27

We are looking for a results driven sales executive to join a company within the healthcare industry. They are ideally looking for someone who is a motivated individual with a strong understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

You will be responsible for exploring assigned leads and business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. 

Some of the responsibilities:

  • Follow established sales processes and procedures.

  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  • Qualifying new leads from outbound marketing activities.

  • Progress new business opportunities, assigned by the Sales Manager.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including activity reports and opportunity pipelines.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on progress and challenges.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Understand the client’s business needs and expected outcomes.

  • Work with Consultancy and Delivery teams to tailor solutions to meet the client’s specific requirements.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotes, proposals and project agreements to clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.

  • Continuously update knowledge of the company's products and services.

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and expected outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience of proven success in B2B sales.

  • Experience in the Public Sector and/or Healthcare is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Highly motivated and self-driven.

  • Adaptable to change and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanour and strong work ethic.
