Creative Manager Ronald James Group 2023-06-09

We are looking for a Creative Manager to join a company within the healthcare industry. You will manage their creative team, ensuring to produce world-class content for their website, app and social media channels. You will bring creative and innovative ideas to the team, as well as expertise in exceptional content creation.

This is an in-office role!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, you will oversee the daily workload of the creative team, including organising tasks and project, setting deadlines, writing briefs and assigning work to employees.

  • Ensuring that all creative content, including video footage, photography, copy and design work is executed to exceptional standards and adheres to brand guidelines.

  • Ensuring all creative projects are finished on time and to an exceptional standard.

  • Reviewing and approving all creative content before it is uploaded to it’s destination.

  • Managing all phases of creative work from conception to completion.

  • Contributing exceptional creative ideas to allow content to stand out from competitors.

  • Managing all creative team employees, including overseeing employee development, holding regular employee reviews and managing absences, holidays and lateness.

  • Identifying areas for growth and development within the creative team.

  • Adapting and improving all creative team processes, to improve the efficiency and output of the creative team.

Key things they are looking for:

  • Exceptional attention to detail – you will be responsible for approving creative pieces before they are uploaded, so exceptionally high standards and a keen eye for detail is essential.

  • Experience using the Adobe suite, including Premiere Pro, InDesign and Photoshop.

  • Experience in managing a creative team.

  • A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to convey a message to audiences in new and creative ways.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a can-do attitude and willingness to meet any challenge head-on.

  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team of creatives.

  • Experience in managing, directing or producing high-end photoshoots or video shoots.
