Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll be responsible communicating the value of our app to potential customers.

  • You will develop and plan our product marketing strategy, ensuring successful product launches and maximum reach.

  • You will analyse user feedback and data, in order to ensure our app meets the needs of as many users as possible.

  • Identify areas for growth and development within both the marketing team and marketing strategy.

  • You will own the go-to-market strategy, ensuring all messaging is accurate and presented in a way that potential customers will care about.

  • You will oversee the content creation around the product, including video, graphics, photography and copy, ensuring content meets our high standards.

  • Be accountable for the tracking and reporting of marketing activities, ensuring that the company sees a significant return on investment.

  • You will oversee customer response after all launches, to ensure we react to any relevant feedback.

  • You will use key channels available to maximise the number of downloads, including digital advertising, the company website, data/analytics, email, ASO, paid UA, digital PR and social media.

Key requirements

  • 3+ Years experience in a similar role previously.

  • Solid knowledge of marketing apps or digital products.

  • Full understanding of marketing channels such as paid UA, and organic social, search, PPC, ASO, email marketing, affiliate marketing and digital PR.

  • Experience managing a team of people.

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.

  • Highly organised and experienced in managing projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • The ability to handle and manage several projects at once, with excellent attention to detail.

  • A working knowledge or understanding of Photoshop and Premiere pro.
