Reporting to the Director as SEO / PPC Manager you will spearhead the growth of the business, owning the Organic and Paid for Marketing Strategy and implementing the plan and running the activity. This is a hands-on role and requires a result focussed performance marketer.

You’ve learnt your trade-in SEO and PPC by being an expert in your field. You obsess about funnel performance and results. You love coming to work and get a buzz from driving forward results and bouncing off like-minded colleagues.
Required:
● SEO and PPC background with at least 2 years hands-on experience
● Oversee and monitor paid search activity
● Bid optimisation and management
● Reporting and analysis of paid activity, track performance and identify area for improvement where possible
● Utilise Google Analytics to report across paid activity
● Keyword research
● Competitor analysis
● Ad copy
● Good understanding of Google’s algorithm and SEO Best Practices
● Proven experience working with SEO tools to audit and monitor site performance
● Proven experience in keyword research
● Successful experience of growing organic traffic and sales via link building and content creation
● Highly commercial and results focussed
● Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
● Working in partnership with a full in-house Marketing Team including, technical, content creation and digital PR
● Responsible for supporting website development
