Junior Web Developer

Role Summary:

To create, maintain and improve systems to meet the needs of the business by testing software systems and diagnosing and resolving system faults. This role offers an opportunity to work for a rapidly, ever-changing business where career progression is a key element of the role. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, embrace the challenges they face on a daily basis and want to progress and grow their career working with a strong senior development team.

Outline of Role:

  • Developing the existing CRM system to a detailed specification
  • Working within an Agile process
  • Testing and finding faults with new software 
  • Maintaining systems once they are up and running
  • Liaising with the various teams within the business, i.e. technical support to proactively provide solutions to potential issues
  • Managing different projects from beginning to end
  • To provide support and advice on relevant issues and assist with the coordination and delivery of IT services

  • Constantly seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies and keeping abreast of your markets developments
  • To work both independently and as part of a team
  • This role requires flexibility.  Completion of other duties may be required at the discretion of the Management Team.
