We are looking for a Product Owner to join a leading tech company! You will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the engineering teams and ensuring that the Team backlogs accurately represent the business strategy and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Contribute towards the Product Roadmap for respective product areas 

● Play a key part for the tribe throughout the Software Development Life Cycle

● Work closely with Product Managers to understand customer needs and business strategy

● Connect with stakeholders to identify, understand and capture problem statements and objectives

● Take full accountability for product quality and feature sign off at the end of each sprint

● Collaborate with Engineering teams to produce sprint reports and to project delivery dates 

● Support defect triage for both internal defects, as well as external raised defects.

● Take full accountability for the product area documentation and own the strategy for filling the gaps

● Create and contribute to platform release notes

● Collaborate closely with software engineers to deliver product increments

● Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Tribe Leadership to deliver a compelling product strategy in line with product vision

● Collaborate with Engineering to implement continuous improvement practices

● Obtain feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform future iterations and enable continuous value delivery and product improvements

Some of the required skills:

● Experience in a technology environment, including practical professional experience as a Product Owner or comparable role

 ● Strong experience in Agile development (Scrum, SAFe or other agile framework qualifications would be an advantage)

● A proven track record in software development with end to end project lifecycle experience

● Fundamental understanding of web-based systems development

● Customer focussed with the ability to identify and articulate productrequirements

● Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skill
