What you’ll be doing:
●Using your key attention to detail and investigative skills to validate the quality of releases of all products
●Deploying the Platform to client environments
●Liaising with and supporting clients with any raised defects and deployment activities, always putting the client first
What we are looking for:
●Clear communicator (written and verbal) – able to communicate well with developers and external parties.
●Investigative and diagnostic skills - Able to see symptoms of a defect, diagnose
likely root cause and provide complete replication steps
● Ability to prioritise tasks from different sources with differing priorities.
●Technically minded - Interested in software development and computing in general.
Desirables:
●Experience of software development and Agile processes
●Experience in quality management software (eg.JIRA)
