Senior Product Manager Ronald James Group 2023-03-07

This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join a media company who works with almost every radio station in the UK!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategy into a well-defined product strategy

  • Working with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, determine the product roadmap

  • Responsible for product requirement workshops and communicating with stakeholders the outcomes of such activities

  • Responsible for owning the Product Enhancement Request process including those captured from the customer support portal and other sources

  • Negotiate the prioritisation of roadmap elements with internal and external stakeholders

  • Drive action throughout our company (development, QA, test, marketing, sales) to get products to market, ensuring product quality is never compromised

  • Plan and carry out product launches

  • Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case

  • Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages

  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
     

Skills / Attributes Required:

  • Experience in Product Management within an established UK software company.

  • Experience in SaaS and AWS is very desirable.

  • An individual with demonstrable commitment to professional growth, striving to get to the top of their game, and so Product Management Certification or similar professional accreditation is expected

  • A skilled negotiator who can ensure the optimum product outcome in prioritisation workshops with customers and product development teams

  • Fluency in Jira

  • Experience in wireframing / prototyping tools, such as UXPin

  • A 1st or 2:1 degree from a good university in a computer or marketing-related discipline
