This ambitious, innotitave tech company are looking for a technical project manager to join their team. You will be guiding and supporting the engineering department in the successful delivery of projects. They are looking for someone is enthusiastic and has a strong belief in collaboration and continuous improvement.

Some of the responsibilities:

  • Set up project-related artefacts/tools to enable daily project operations and reporting.

  • Be a primary point of contact and communication with internal and external clients for the coordination of all tasks related to the successful delivery of development.

  • Provide effective risk management, reporting, and escalation.

  • Ensure that all cross-functional/complex business initiatives are planned, monitored, and tracked from the point of requirements scoping through to completion.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of the project to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and conduct post-implementation retrospectives and identify lessons learned and carry-forward items back into the programme plan.

  • Show proven leadership and motivational skills.

  • Be customer focused with the ability to identify and articulate product requirements.

Some of the requirements:

  • Web-based systems programming and development.

  • Agile methodologies.

  • Project management software such as Jira.

  • Lean and Kanban principles.

  • Analytical, planning and problem-solving.

Desired but not essential:

  • An understanding of software programming languages.
